At Panel World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your wall panels are not the perfect fit, you can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the panels to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the panels back in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all installation accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
