How do I calculate how many panels I need for my project?
To calculate the required quantity, measure the total width and height of your wall space to get the square footage. We recommend adding a 10% buffer for cutting and waste during installation.
Are your decorative panels waterproof and suitable for bathrooms?
Many of our PVC and stone-composite panels are 100% waterproof and ideal for wet zones. However, we recommend checking the specific product details for 'Wet Room Approved' certification before purchase.
What are your shipping rates and delivery timelines?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all panel orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. For oversized pallet deliveries, our courier will contact you to schedule a specific drop-off window.
Can I request a sample before committing to a full order?
Yes, we offer sample packs for most of our panel ranges. This allows you to check the texture and color accuracy against your home's lighting before placing a bulk order.
What is your return policy for leftover or unused panels?
We accept returns on full, unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that individual panels cannot be returned if they have been cut or if the adhesive backing has been removed.
Do I need professional tools to install these panels?
Most of our DIY-friendly panels can be installed using a fine-toothed saw, a spirit level, and high-quality construction adhesive. No specialized heavy machinery is required for most residential projects.
